I highly doubt they will find anything, as this seems like a congestion issue at the DSLAM or router or something. I chatted with support and they were supposed to send someone out Monday at 5pm, but somehow that got screwed up and they're supposed to send someone out today at 5pm. See below for a synopsis of the ping times I was seeing last weekend (151.213.8.5 is the first hop): When the ping times go up and speeds go down they see around 1-1.5Mb / sec. After 10am and ping times go up and speeds go down. It seems like before 10am everything is fine. They too are experiencing slow speed and high ping times mostly after 10am. My mother & father-in-law live in Madison, OH as well.
